**Product Description**
Allergy-Relief Eye Drops for People with Severe Eye Itching

Rohto Alguard Clear Block EXa is an ophthalmic medicine effective against severe eye itchiness caused by allergies.
It is formulated with an allergy suppressant ingredient*1, an anti-itch ingredient*2, an anti-inflammatory ingredient*3, and an ingredient to protect the cornea from damage caused by external stimuli*4.
For those with persistent allergy symptoms, such as hay fever, accompanied by inflammation. Recommended for individuals who have used conventional over-the-counter allergy eye drops for about 2 days without achieving sufficient effect.
Provides a clear and refreshing sensation.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms, or increase the risk of adverse reactions or accidents.)
1. Do not use this product if you are:
(1) A child under 7 years of age.
(2) Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
2. If using in combination with a nasal spray, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).

**Consultation**
1. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications.
(3) Are undergoing specific allergy treatments such as desensitization therapy.
(4) Have the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(5) Have been diagnosed with the following condition: glaucoma.
(6) Are unsure if your symptoms are caused by allergies or other factors.
In the following cases, it may not be possible to determine if the symptoms are due to allergies. Consult a physician before use.
・Symptoms are present in only one eye.
・Symptoms are limited to the eyes and are not present in the nose.
・Your vision is also affected.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling (including around the eyes), irritation, foreign body sensation, watery eyes, eye discharge, pain
Other: Shortness of breath
*The following serious symptoms may occur in rare cases. In such instances, seek immediate medical attention.
Anaphylactoid reaction: Immediately after use, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, and shortness of breath may appear.
3. Discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet in the following cases:
(1) If symptoms worsen.
(2) If blurred vision does not improve (glaucoma may be a possibility).
(3) If symptoms do not improve after 2 days of use.
4. Even if symptoms improve, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller if you intend to use the product for more than 2 weeks.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following allergic eye symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: eye redness, itchy eyes, blurred vision (due to excessive eye discharge, etc.), watery eyes, foreign body sensation (gritty feeling).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 2 drops into each eye, 4 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. [This may cause contamination or foreign matter (eye discharge, dust, etc.) to enter the product.] Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Do not use while wearing contact lenses. (Remove lenses before instilling.)
(4) Use only as an eye drop.
(5) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, l-Menthol, d-Camphor, BHT, Polysorbate 80, Polyhexanide Hydrochloride, pH adjuster

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in high-temperature locations (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) When closing the cap, twist it until you hear a click.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect product quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, after opening, use within 2 months in accordance with the storage and handling precautions.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
