**Product Description**
For those experiencing unbearable eye itchiness. Non-stinging eye drops specifically for allergies.

“Rohto Alguard Clear Mild Z” is an ophthalmic medicine effective for severe eye itchiness and redness caused by pollen and other allergens.
It features Alguard’s advanced formula, containing the maximum concentration*5 of all active ingredients, including an allergy inhibitor*1, an anti-itch ingredient*2, an anti-inflammatory ingredient*3, and an ingredient to protect the cornea from damage caused by external stimuli*4.
This product is recommended for individuals with persistent allergy symptoms, such as hay fever accompanied by inflammation, who have not experienced sufficient relief after using conventional over-the-counter allergy eye drops for about two days.
Provides a gentle, non-stinging sensation upon application.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not use this product if you are:
(1) A child under 7 years of age.
(2) Pregnant or possibly pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
2. If using in combination with a nasal spray, do not operate vehicles or machinery (drowsiness may occur).

**Consultation**
1. Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Are undergoing specific allergy treatments such as desensitization therapy.
(4) Have the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(5) Have been diagnosed with the following condition: glaucoma.
(6) Are unsure if your symptoms are caused by allergies or other factors.
In the following cases, it cannot be determined that the symptoms are due to allergies, so please consult a physician before use:
・Symptoms are present in only one eye.
・Symptoms are limited to the eyes and are not present in the nose.
・Vision is also affected.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Immediately stop using the product and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction manual.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling (including around the eyes), irritation, foreign body sensation, watery eyes, eye discharge, pain
Other: Shortness of breath
*In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Anaphylactoid reaction: Immediately after use, symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, and shortness of breath may appear.
3. Stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction manual in the following cases:
(1) If symptoms worsen.
(2) If blurred vision does not improve (glaucoma or other conditions may be possible).
(3) If symptoms do not improve after 2 days of use.
4. Even if symptoms improve, consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered seller if you intend to use the product for more than 2 weeks.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following allergic eye symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), etc.: eye redness, itchy eyes, blurred vision (due to excessive eye discharge, etc.), watery eyes, foreign body sensation (gritty feeling).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 2 drops, 4 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. (This may cause contamination or the entry of foreign matter, such as eye discharge or dust). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Do not use while wearing contact lenses. (Remove lenses before instilling the drops.)
(4) Use only for instilling in the eyes.
(5) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

Sodium Cromoglicate…1%
Chlorpheniramine Maleate…0.03%
Pranoprofen…0.05%
Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate…0.5%
Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, BHT, Polysorbate 80, d-Camphor, Polyhexanide Hydrochloride, pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave the product in high-temperature locations (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) When closing the cap, turn it until it clicks shut.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use it as soon as possible after opening.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe them off gently with a clean gauze before use.
(8) Do not put anything else into the container.
