Rohto C Cube Premium Moisture (category III drug)

**Product Description**
Can be used while wearing contact lenses. Retains moisture and is effective for dry eye.

“Rohto C Cube Premium Moisture” is a non-stinging eye drop where a single, highly moisturizing*1 drop provides moisture to dry eyes, effective for dry eye.
Hypromellose retains moisture in the eyes, making it effective for eye dryness. Potassium Chloride and Sodium Chloride replenish the mineral components found in tears. It also contains Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, which retains tears and protects the cornea. Sesame oil*2 is also included as an oil component.
Compatible with all types of contact lenses. Can also be used without contact lenses.

**Precautions for Use**
●Consultation
1. The following individuals should consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use.
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Individuals who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medications or other substances.
(3) Individuals with the following symptom: severe eye pain.
(4) Individuals with the following diagnosis: glaucoma.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, there is a possibility of adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this box.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, stinging pain
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this box.
(1) If blurred vision does not improve.
(2) If symptoms do not improve after about 2 weeks of use.

**Indications and Effects**
Eye fatigue, tear supplement (dryness of the eye), discomfort when wearing soft or hard contact lenses, blurred vision (such as when there is a lot of eye discharge).

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 3 drops, 5 to 6 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. (This may cause contamination or the entry of foreign matter, such as eye discharge or dust). Do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Use only for instillation into the eye.
(4) Can be used even when not wearing contact lenses.

Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, Povidone, Sodium Hyaluronate, Polyoxyethylene Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polyoxyethylene Castor Oil, Polyoxyethylene Polyoxypropylene Glycol, Sesame Oil, Sodium Edetate, Polyhexanide Hydrochloride, pH adjuster.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in high-temperature locations (40°C or higher), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or a change in quality).
(4) Do not share with others.
(5) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening.
(6) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
(7) Do not put anything else in the container.

※To retain moisture, the solution is viscous. Be aware that vision may be temporarily blurred after application.
