**Product Description**
Improves “watery eyes” caused by aging and eye strain.

Sudden, rolling tears when you are outdoors, riding a bicycle, or after watching too much TV or using your smartphone, as well as an increased tendency for eyes to water with age, may be symptoms of “watery eyes” caused by inflammation.
Rohto Clear is an eye drop that treats the symptoms of “watery eyes” caused by aging and eye strain from their source.
One of the causes of watery eyes is inflammation. Due to aging or eye strain, the balance of the tear film covering the surface of the eye (cornea) can be disrupted, leaving the cornea exposed and more susceptible to inflammation. As a result of this inflammation, excess tears are secreted, leading to the symptom of watery eyes. The active ingredient, Pranoprofen, suppresses the inflammation that causes such “watery eyes.”
Also effective for gritty or stinging foreign body sensations in the eyes.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects.)
Do not use this product if you:
(1) Are a child under 7 years of age.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Are breastfeeding.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
(1) Are currently receiving medical treatment.
(2) Have ever had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(3) Have the following symptom:
Severe eye pain
(4) Have been diagnosed with the following condition:
Glaucoma
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Eyes: Redness, itching, swelling, irritation, foreign body sensation, watery eyes, eye discharge, stinging pain
Other: Shortness of breath
3. In the following cases, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this instruction leaflet:
(1) If symptoms worsen.
(2) If blurred vision does not improve (glaucoma or other conditions may be possible).
(3) If symptoms do not improve after about 3 days of use.
4. Even if symptoms improve, if you intend to use this product for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.

**Indications and Effects**
Relief of the following eye symptoms: watery eyes, blurred vision when there is a lot of eye discharge, foreign body sensation (gritty or stinging feeling), itchy eyes, conjunctival hyperemia.

**Dosage and Administration**
Instill 1 to 2 drops into the eye, 4 times a day.
(1) When administering to children, use under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Do not let the tip of the container touch the eye, eyelid, or eyelashes. (This may cause contamination or foreign matter, such as eye discharge or dust, to enter the product.) Also, do not use if the solution is cloudy.
(3) Do not use while wearing contact lenses. (Remove lenses before instillation.)
(4) Use only for instilling in the eye.
(5) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.

**Ingredients**
Pranoprofen…0.05%
Additives: Boric Acid, Borax, Sodium Edetate, BHT, Benzalkonium Chloride, l-Menthol, dl-Camphor, Polysorbate 80

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not leave in places with high temperatures (40°C or above), such as inside a car or near a heater.
(2) When closing the cap, turn it until you hear a click.
(3) Keep out of reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or change the quality of the product.)
(5) Do not share with others.
(6) Do not use the product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box). Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening.
(7) Depending on storage conditions, crystals of the ingredients may form on the tip of the container or inside the cap. In such cases, wipe gently with a clean gauze before use.
(8) Do not put anything else into the container.
