**How to Use**
Ensure the brace is not fastened too tightly.

1. Center the inner part of the brace on the back of your knee.
2. Align with the kneecap and secure the lower strap with the hook-and-loop fastener.
3. Pull the upper strap upwards and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener. When securing, ensure that the kneecap is visible.

**Precautions for Use**
● If you have allergies, or if you experience any abnormalities such as a rash while using this product, discontinue use and consult a physician.
● When using for extended periods or with a tight fit, remove and reapply the brace at appropriate intervals.
● Do not use this product for purposes other than its intended use.
● If you are currently receiving medical treatment for knee pain or have inflammation in your knee, such as from arthritis, please consult a physician before use.
