**Product Description**
Plant-derived ingredients gently and effectively expel impacted stool accumulated in the intestines.

Through Lac Fiber is a plant-based laxative containing dietary fiber (Plantago Ovata seed powder) and a senna-derived ingredient (Sennoside Calcium). It works by increasing the bulk and softening the stool, while also improving intestinal motility to promote natural-like bowel movements.
It is an easy-to-take, yogurt-flavored granule.
Although individual results may vary, the active ingredient Sennoside Calcium typically takes effect in 8 to 10 hours.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**

1. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other purgatives (laxatives)
2. Individuals who are breastfeeding should not take this product, or should avoid breastfeeding if taking this product.
3. Do not take in large quantities.

**Consultation**
1. The following individuals should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Individuals undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant individuals or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Individuals who have had allergic reactions to medications or other substances.
(4) Individuals with the following symptoms:
Severe abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting
(5) Individuals with the following diagnosis:
Phenylketonuria

Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Severe abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting
3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.
Diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about a week, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this instruction leaflet.

**Indications and Effects**
● Constipation

● Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation:
Abdominal bloating, skin roughness, pimples, abnormal intestinal fermentation, loss of appetite (anorexia), hemorrhoids, heaviness in the head, hot flashes

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose once daily, either before bedtime or on an empty stomach, with water or lukewarm water. For the first dose, start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dosage while monitoring your bowel condition.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 1 to 2 packets

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.
(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) Place the granules in your mouth and swallow with a full glass (approx. 180 ml) of water or lukewarm water.

Additives: Anhydrous silicic acid, D-Sorbitol, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Glycerin fatty acid ester, Talc, Polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, Ethanol, Aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), Fragrance
Due to the Sennoside Calcium in this product, urine may turn orange or reddish in color.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not take this product after the expiration date.
