**Product Description**
Stimulates the movement of a sluggish intestine* for a reliable effect.
*Refers to a large intestine with reduced motility.

● Through-Lax S is a stimulant laxative effective for stubborn and distressing constipation. It contains two stimulant ingredients that promote intestinal peristalsis.
● While individual results may vary, the active ingredient bisacodyl typically takes effect within 6 to 12 hours. Taking it before bedtime will produce an effect the next morning.
● The dosage and effect can be adjusted within a range of 1 to 3 tablets, depending on the severity of constipation.
● The tablets are enteric-coated to ensure the active ingredients dissolve and work effectively in the intestines, not in the stomach.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of adverse reactions.)
1. While taking this product, do not take any of the following medications:
Other laxatives
2. Do not take this product if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you take this product.
3. Do not take in large doses.

**Consultation**
1. The following persons should consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product:
(1) Persons undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant.
(3) Persons who have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
(4) Persons with the following symptoms:
Severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.

Skin: Rash/redness, itching
Digestive system: Severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product. If such symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert.
Diarrhea
4. If symptoms do not improve after taking this product for about one week, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this package insert.

**Indications and Effects**
● Constipation

● Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation:
Abdominal bloating, loss of appetite (anorexia), hemorrhoids, skin roughness, pimples, abnormal intestinal fermentation, heaviness in the head, hot flashes.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following dose once daily before bedtime (or on an empty stomach) with water or lukewarm water. However, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount while monitoring your bowel movements and condition.

● Adults (15 years and older)
Single dose: 1 to 3 tablets

● Under 15 years of age
Do not take.

(1) Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration.
(2) This product is an enteric-coated tablet. Do not chew or crush it; swallow it whole. Also, do not take it with antacids or milk.
(3) How to remove the tablet:
Firmly press the convex part of the PTP (Press-Through Package) sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet. (Accidentally swallowing the sheet may lead to unexpected accidents, such as piercing the esophageal mucosa.)
(4) Take with a full glass (approx. 180 ml) of water or lukewarm water.

Sennoside Calcium…40mg (equivalent to 15.8mg as Sennosides A & B)
Additives: Carmellose Calcium, Cellulose, Lactose, Sucrose, Hypromellose, Hypromellose Phthalate, Povidone, Macrogol, Acacia, Kaolin, Calcium Carbonate, Carnauba Wax, Glycerin Fatty Acid Ester, Magnesium Stearate, Shellac, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Potato Starch, Red No. 2, Red No. 3.
Taking this product may cause urine to turn orange or reddish.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
(4) Do not take this product after the expiration date.
