Vantelin Cream α (category II drug)

**Product Description**
The triple analgesic formulation of indomethacin, l-menthol, and arnica tincture addresses the vicious cycle of recurring stiff shoulder pain and lower back pain.
Additionally, tocopherol acetate improves peripheral blood flow. It can be used not only for chronic conditions such as stiff shoulder pain and lower back pain, but also for acute conditions like muscle pain and joint pain.

*Directly Effective for Muscle and Joint Pain*
The triple analgesic formulation of indomethacin, l-menthol, and arnica tincture addresses the vicious cycle of recurring stiff shoulder pain and lower back pain.
Additionally, tocopherol acetate improves peripheral blood flow.
The active ingredient, indomethacin, penetrates deep into muscles and joints to reduce inflammation and directly relieve pain.

*A Smooth-Spreading Cream*
For chronic conditions such as stiff shoulder pain and lower back pain, massage the cream into the painful affected area until it is fully absorbed.
Thoroughly rubbing in the cream makes it effective for pain associated with muscle stiffness.

*Alcohol-Free*
As this product is alcohol-free, it is recommended for those with skin sensitive to alcohol.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do not use**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of side effects)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had an asthma attack.
(3) Are a child under 11 years of age.
2. Do not apply to the following areas:
(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
(2) Areas with eczema, rashes, or open wounds.
(3) Areas affected by athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc., or areas that are purulent.
3. Do not use for an extended period.

**Consult**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
(1) Are currently under medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to medications or other substances.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be side effects. Immediately stop using the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, swelling, stinging sensation, feeling of heat, dryness
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, stop using the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with this package insert.

**Indications**
Shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, muscle pain, joint pain, tendonitis (pain in hands/wrists), elbow pain (e.g., tennis elbow), bruises, sprains.

**Dosage and Administration**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area up to 4 times a day.
1. Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
2. When used by children 11 years of age or older, it must be under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
3. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. In the event it gets into your eyes, immediately rinse with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, consult an ophthalmologist.
4. For external use only.
5. Do not use more than 50g per week.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
1. Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect the quality of the product.)
4. Do not touch mucous membranes, such as those in the eyes, with hands that have applied this product.
5. If the product adheres to clothing or bedding and causes stains, wash it off with water or detergent as soon as possible.
6. Avoid contact with glasses, clothing, etc.
7. Do not use this product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box and tube).
