Vantelin Hot Patch (category II drug)

**Product Description**
This is a warming-type patch containing indomethacin, an analgesic and anti-inflammatory ingredient. It is a poultice patch with excellent elasticity and adhesion.

*Warming Type Poultice Patch*
This is a warming-type poultice patch for pain associated with stiffness.
It contains Capsicum Extract*, which provides a pleasant warming sensation when applied to the affected area.
*Capsicum Extract is included as a fragrance ingredient.

*For Chronic Pain That Worsens in the Cold*
A highly effective poultice patch containing 0.5% indomethacin.

*Features a Highly Elastic and Adhesive Pad*
The patch adheres snugly, stretches both vertically and horizontally, and is resistant to peeling. It is a substantial size (14cm x 10cm).
It adheres firmly even to mobile areas such as shoulders, lower back, elbows, knees, hands, and feet.

**Precautions for Use**
**Contraindications**
(Failure to follow these instructions may result in worsening of current symptoms or an increased risk of adverse reactions.)
1. Do not use this product if you:
(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
(2) Have ever had asthma.
(3) Are a child under 15 years of age.
2. Do not apply to the following areas:
(1) Around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
(2) Areas with eczema, rashes, or open wounds.
(3) Areas affected by athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc., or areas that are purulent.
3. Do not use continuously for more than 2 weeks.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you:
(1) Are currently receiving medical treatment.
(2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
(3) Have ever had allergic reactions to drugs or other substances.
2. If the following symptoms appear after use, they may be adverse reactions. Discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this outer box.
Skin: Rash/redness, itching, swelling, irritation, pain, stinging sensation, sensation of heat, dryness, subcutaneous bleeding.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this outer box.

**Other Precautions**
This product contains Capsicum Extract as an inactive ingredient. Please note the following:
(1) When using for bruises, sprains, etc., apply only after symptoms such as heat in the affected area have subsided.
(2) You may feel a stinging sensation if you sweat after applying this product.
(3) Avoid touching mucous membranes such as the eyes, nasal passages, or lips with hands that have touched this product.
(4) Do not warm the area where the patch is applied with a kotatsu, electric blanket, or other heating devices.
(5) Bathing while wearing the patch or immediately after removing it may cause a stinging sensation. Remove the patch at least 1 hour before bathing. After bathing, wait at least 30 minutes before applying a new patch.

**Indications and Effects**
Shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, tenosynovitis (pain in hands/wrists), elbow pain (e.g., tennis elbow), bruises, sprains.

**Dosage and Administration**
Remove the liner (plastic film) and apply to the affected area up to twice a day.
(1) Strictly follow the dosage and administration instructions.
(2) This product treats only the symptoms, such as pain and swelling, and does not treat the underlying disease causing them. Use only when symptoms are present.
(3) If the affected area is sweaty or wet, wipe it thoroughly before application.
(4) If you have sensitive skin, before use, apply a small piece (1-2 cm square) to a sensitive area on the inside of your arm for at least half a day to ensure that no symptoms such as rash/redness, itching, or irritation occur.

Inactive ingredients: Kaolin, Titanium Oxide, Gelatin, Castor Oil, Polyvinyl Alcohol (partially saponified), Partially Neutralized Polyacrylate, Urea, Carmellose Sodium, Sodium Metaphosphate, Propylene Glycol, D-Sorbitol, Dihydroxyaluminum Aminoacetate, Sodium Edetate, Polysorbate 80, Tartaric Acid, l-Menthol, Diisopropyl Adipate, Macrogol, Fragrance, Capsicum Extract.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container. (This may cause misuse or affect product quality.)
(4) To maintain quality, place any unused patches back into the pouch, securely close the zipper, and store sealed.
(5) Do not use this product after the expiration date (indicated on the outer box and pouch).
