**Precautions for Use**

Skin: Rash, redness, itching
Digestive system: Loss of appetite, stomach discomfort
In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or with slight overexertion, dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: In addition to lethargy, numbness, and a feeling of tightness or stiffness in the limbs, weakness and muscle pain may appear and gradually worsen.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., may appear.

**Indications and Effects**
For the following conditions in individuals with moderate or less physical strength, who tire easily and tend to perspire easily: obesity (flabby, so-called ‘water-fat’ type), swelling (edema), joint swelling and pain associated with obesity, hyperhidrosis.

**Dosage and Administration**
Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before or between meals.

Frequency: Twice daily

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap tightly sealed.
